WORKING with live smart construction is so easy!
We start with an in-person consultation to discuss your goals and visions for the home. Each project we build is built totally from scratch. Bring your own planset, or we can recommend an architect to put your vision on blueprints. During this phase we act as a liaison between the homeowner(s), architect, and trade partners- we want to ensure that everything is carefully planned so that it’s smooth sailing once your project starts. Once we have a set of blueprints we start working on a proposal to build the house. After you’ve had a chance to review our proposal- all that’s left to do is sign the contract and get started building your dream home
